1. Nature of Our Service

Our website design and development service is a customized digital service. Since work begins shortly after receiving your order and payment, our refund policy differs from that of physical products.

2. Booking Amount

The initial payment (booking amount) confirms your project and allows us to begin work, including:

• Project planning
• Requirement analysis
• Domain registration (if included)
• Hosting setup
• Business email setup (if applicable)
• Creation of a temporary “Coming Soon” page
• Initial website design work

Because these services require immediate time, resources, and third-party costs, the booking amount is generally non-refundable once work has started.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued only in the following situations:

• You made a duplicate payment.
• Your payment was successful, but we did not start the project within 7 business days without informing you.
• We are unable to provide the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to B and P Software.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. No Refunds Will Be Provided If

Refund requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• You change your mind after placing the order.
• You decide not to continue the project after work has begun.
• Domain registration or hosting has already been purchased.
• Initial design concepts, mockups, or website development have been started.
• Delay is caused by your failure to provide content, images, logo, approvals, or other required information.
• You become unresponsive for more than 30 days.
• You request features beyond the original agreed scope.

5. Domain & Hosting Charges

If a domain name or hosting account has already been purchased on your behalf, those charges are non-refundable, as these purchases are made through third-party providers.

6. Project Cancellation

You may request cancellation at any time by contacting us.

• If work has not started, we may issue a refund after deducting applicable payment gateway charges.
• If work has already started, the booking amount is non-refundable.
• If significant development work has been completed, additional charges may apply based on the work performed.

7. Revisions

We provide reasonable revisions according to the selected package. Requests outside the agreed project scope may require additional charges.

8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you experience any payment-related issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We will make every effort to resolve the matter promptly.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks after services have been delivered may result in suspension of services and appropriate legal action where applicable.
