Cancellation:: B and P Software provides a window of 8 hours in which user can cancel the order. Means after placing the order, you have 8 hours to cancel the order placed. Usually after 4 hours, we initiate the order process, hence it won’t be possible to cancel the order after 8 hours stipulated time slot. B and P Software reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met.
Refund:: After checking everything for payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
Return:: Any custoer can intiate the e Return in 4 to 8 hours & once return is approved refund will be processed , after checkign everything and customer money would be reflected in customer’s bank account in 7-10 working days.
